Big Kid Phonics
Super Crazy Fun BIG KIDS Phonics is specifically designed for older ESL students who find most phonics books too simple and lacking in humor for their age group. It is the original Super Crazy Fun book series which was written because there were no phonics books for older kids.

The series features the same exercises, chants, and stories, but are slightly more challenging than those in Super Crazy Fun Phonics, making it the perfect resource for older students who feel uncomfortable reading what they may perceive to be "childish" content.
Super Crazy Fun Big Kid Phonics is a dynamic phonics book created specifically for ESL students ranging from third to sixth grade. The book is designed to make learning phonics both fun and engaging, with the aim of building students' confidence in their English language skills.

At their core, our phonics books are all about trying to maintain a degree of curiosity. In our experience, when students enjoy the learning process, they are more likely to stay motivated and engaged, leading to better results and greater confidence in their language skills.

Level 1
The alphabet is introduced and how to write the letters and their sounds are explored using vocabulary chosen to bring a smile.
Level 2
Students are shown how to put the letters together to make three-letter words using the 5 vowels.
Level 3
Split digraphs are introduced. Because "split digraph" is incredibly boring, we use the antiquated term "Magic E".
Level 4
Consonant blends, which have already been encountered in books 1 and 2 are clarified.
Level 5
The bizarre world of vowel combinations is described and profusely apologized for.
